3rd quarter 19th century Kurdish long rug. Superb range of colours, many greens, blues and different shades of red. Lovely slightly corroded burgundy visible in first picture of the leaf that is half golden yellow. In excellent, original condition, with insignificant old repairs, rewrapped sides and slight wear to the pile in a couple of areas. Mostly full pile and very beautiful. That gorgeous, colourful dragon border is a delight as is the lively field.
