Dating to late 19th century / early 1900’s, this circular jewellery was part of the bridal outfit attached on the garment like a talisman to bring protection and prosperity to the bride. They were often very cherished jewellery items and thus very rare to find. This particular example is exceptional with intricate work and large scale. It is made of gold and silver. The design is very archaic with classic yomud motif. As good as many published examples and unlike many later replicas flooding the market. a real gem worthy of good collections. In mint condition.
