This circa 1920 Sarouk Persian Oriental Rug #7847 measures 4’4” x 6’8”. It is a deep ruby red with an overall floral design which is very crowded and very beautiful. The field motif has a floral medallion with two smaller medallions at both end and two small urns. a navy blue border filled with blossoms of different flower flowers encompasses the field surrounded by a reciprocal border of flowers and vines on a gold background with an outer guard border of trefoil design.
