Antique 18th century Turkish Ottoman metal thread and silk brocaded applique silk textile 134 x 20 cm (4ft 6" x 8") (including metal thread fringes) Condition (very) good, silk ground brocades and appliques in good shape (some wear), original metal thread selvedges complete and intact (some wear), original endings complete and intact with later dat attatched European metal thread fringes complete and intact (needs minor reattatching), original linen (?) backing in good state with small patch repair at one end (not pictured)
