a very rare pair of Antique bridal Turkoman / Turkmen Yomud / Yomut Adamlyk made of high grade silver with gold applique and carnelian. This piece dates to late 19th Century. Adamlyks were hooked on the sides of the bride's hat which would hang over her ears. Such long form Adamlyks are extremely rare and the unique shape of this piece (which some suggest represents the "mother goddess" form) makes it one of the best of its kind.
