a Fabulous Antique Uzbek Ikat Robe from Bokhara / Bukhara. It is an adras Ikat (silk warp/cotton weft) from late 19th Century. The gorgeous design of two large medallion surrounded by zig zag patterns almost look like a pair of protective eyes. The lovely colour compliment the patterns with natural red and yellow highlighted by the white. It is a good size robe, in a good condition and with cotton lining. Offered at a fair price.
