Baluch saddle bag face, late 19th century. The central motif is in four abstracted dragon motifs surrounding an eight-pointed star. The outer border is in a repeating swastika motif harkening to very old design repertoirs. The colors are deep and saturated and in fine wool. It has a little missing off the right hand border and the top as well as a few small moth nibbles. These do not detract from the overall picture of the piece. 78 x 62 cm.
