Very early Anatolian kilim. i believe this piece predates the 18th century. Early colors and weave. It's pretty much all there - edge to edge and lengthwise - except for what's missing elsewhere - amazing that it has held together uncut for all its life. Conserved to a linen backing for display and preservation purposes. It is a rare old soul with archaic design and character. Ready to enjoy. Size including linen backing 38 x 150 inches. If one were to have a very good professional cleaning it should improve substantially.
