Antique fragment of an early yastik or small rug, likely Anatolian. Interesting overall soft palette with what i a very light yellow ground and a pretty apricot main border. Substantial wear and damage as shown. Appears to have a long ago sewn up tear down the center which doesn’t go to the ends. Other sewn up little tears. And yes there is a large hole. Edge loss on sides. Remnant original kelim. Whatever it is, it’s old. ca. 1850 or earlier. 22” x 46”
