Symmetrically knotted Baluch with 3 Octagon Guls, 34 x 55 inches. An unusual late-19th century weaving in excellent condition. The dull photos do not do justice to the lavishly used sparkling emerald green, brilliant lighter blues and the two reds (abrashed terracotta field and saturated vermilion details) and the brown aubergine. Original side finish and remnant of kilim at upper end.
