Kamu Sofreh, 4th Quarter of 19th Century. Possibly a Sofreh-ye ard, a sofreh for catching flour from the mill. The central ground is camel wool. The weave is quite fine. Bands of wonderful red pink in natural dyes frames both ends. There are some finely done scattered repairs througout. 129 x 130 cm.
