Indian Carpet 12.0 x 15.0 3.65 x 4.57 Not Agra, but just as good with a warm red field displaying an allover pattern of serpentine cloudbands, two layers of vinery trellises, and various palmettes. Detail colours include a good yellow, dark greenish blue and ivory. The pattern is mobile and active. Giant cloud bands reverse in the main forest green border. The pile is thick and everywhere long.
