Old South Persian bagface, probably Afshar, with classic design and excellent saturated colors. Mostly good thick pile in field. Shiny lustrous wool. A few spots of moth nibbles and edges all rough with unraveling and shallow gouges. All good old natural colors. No repairs. Reasonably clean. Good age, 19th c. Nice tribal weaving. 23" x 24"
